We are operating under a closed door policy and ask that all clients who visit the clinic remain outside and either KNOCK on the door to be helped or CALL US on the phone at 604-590-5665.

We are following the recommendations from the Canadian Veterinary Medical Association with social distancing, use of personal protective equipment and additional cleaning practices to reduce the exposure risks of Covid 19 to staff/clients.
For APPOINTMENTS: Please remain outside the clinic and knock or call to let us know you are here. A staff member will come out to get a brief history, phone number to reach you at and bring your pet into the clinic for the veterinarian to examine while you wait outside or in your car. The veterinarian will call you once the exam is finished and discuss the findings.
If you are sick (especially coughing) or you have traveled outside of Canada or suspect that you have been exposed to COVID-19, we ask that you inform our staff via telephone for further instructions and so that further precautionary measure can be taken.
For FOOD/MEDICATIONS: We will continue to sell food & dispense medications as usual.
For PAYMENTS: We accept INTERAC/VISA/MASTERCARD/AMEX. We will accept CASH but other means of payment is preferred.
